Map purchase categories on the Kraljic matrix and pick the right sourcing lever for each quadrant.

  1. 1You'll see ten purchase categories, one at a time.
  2. 2For each, click anywhere on the 2×2 to place it. Horizontal = supply risk. Vertical = profit impact.
  3. 3Your click point determines both axes — so think about WHY you put it there, not just which quadrant.
  4. 4After each placement you'll see the recommended lever and (on reveal) the expert position.
  5. 5Partial credit for adjacent quadrants; full points only for exact match.
